Strawberry smoothie (Just ice, strawberries, truvia, and this vit d stuff from my doctor)
1/4 cup or so of pecans
A cup or two of quinoa w/ lemon juice, cumin, and bit of salt
2 1/2 cups of green beans, plain
A cup of raspberries
3 egg whites w/ garlic and herbs
Did I eat enough? I mean, I know...
