    i can't download adobe flash player?

    i go to adobe site, try to download FLASH PLAYER, and i get FAILURE ERROR. i tried to change my security settings to low. i tried disabling pop up blocker. I have administrative control and i was successful in downloading adobe reader. ( i had the file before but i accidentally deleted it...
