i'm on cd 16 and am ttc. after bd the next day there severe cm, but its actually not cm because it sinks if dropped in water so its sperm. Usually after bd i lay with hips raised for 30 mins. Then if s perm comes out like this will anything retain inside?

ovulation was on 29th nov, today its 8dpo. Feeling very tired and giddy. can i take hpt today if not when to take, pl advice
