Ok I play Ice Hockey... Today at my hockey game i took a check and some how i twisted tore or did somthing to my left knee... I ended up getting carried off the ice by some of my team mates... Now i can barely apply any pressure to it.. It send a very sharp pain to the inside part of my left...
