    How do you install and use actions in photoshop elements 8?

    Omg, I must be stupid. I have literally been trying to figure this out for over an hour. I have downloaded the file and I can find the file on the computer i just don't know how to get it in photoshop. PLEASE a little help?! Thanks!!
