I love eating seafood because it's usually low in calories, tasty, and is very nutritional.
But sigh....should I really be worried about consuming too much pcbs/mercury? Any advice?
I think I may have a metatarsal (foot bone) stress fracture. I'm going to the doctor when I can; but in the meantime I need to deal with it.
