Hi, what is the particular solution of this ODE?

The ODE is y''+2y'+2y=2e^(-x)sinx which has to be solved using the annihilator method. I need to find the particular solution yp, and I find it to be yp=e^(-x)(A*cosx+B*sinx) which does not work when you plug in the ODE. So apparently yp=-xe^(-x)cosx , but I have no clue how they found it.

HI, how do I find the volume of a sphere using polar coordinates and double integrals?

The radius of the sphere is 3 and the problem needs to be solved the way I specified.
