    if you convert a file like flv to mp3- is it condsidered stealing?

    i mean im not breaking any redistribution law or anything like that! p2p is considered stealing because you are getting it off of someone else- called distributing music but im not doing that at all....... i dont use p2p to download or upload files any longer.......... but i know how to get...
