I have an old ten speed which I've converted into a fixie but all the paint is chipping off and looks less than beautiful now :P Anyway roughly how much would it cost to give my bike a nice fresh coat of paint? Would it be a good investment? I've already looked into rattle-can paint jobs but...

I've been looking all over the Internet trying to find a red 700c road bike wheel and have only been able to find wheelsets. I already have the rear wheel but I don't have the front one. I have a budget of $100. Thank you everyone!!
