I've asked for one several times. Sometimes I'll just flat out ask and other times (mostly with my dad) I'll just say, "So I found this cheap phone for this one company and the plans are cheap too" and he'll be like, "Cool." And then he'll go into all this stuff about how I'm not making enough...
