    is going to the gym 2-4 times a week good?

    Im 17 years old 5'3 and weigh 125 lbs on a good day, but sometimes 128. Whatevs. Anyway, Im obvi not overweight, but I would like to tone some flab parts of my body and tighten up by the spring time I guess. So, if I eat right etc, would I see a difference in my body if i go to the gym 2-4...
