Im looking for the law/ Theory which governs CFU/mL calculation (colony x dilution factor x sample amt). I cant seem find it anywhere...Who is the person founding CFU calculation? Did he/she gave a name for it ? For example something like Beer's Law or Phytagoras Theorem?
Please help!
