    What skills do I need to wield a rune hatchet?

    Alright, I'm planning to get a rune hatchet on Runescape. How many coins do I require, what does my attack level need wield it for woodcutting (Do I need an attack level?) and what woodcutting level do I need? I'm only planning to use it for woodcutting.
