what does it do? does it make it so that all your skills get set back to lvl 1 and you can redistribute your skill points throughout them differently? or does it make it so that you can make each go another 5 possible lvls higher?
if you sprint the same amount of distance as you jog does it burn more calories? like for example. if i try to run up a flight of stairs as fast as i can will it burn more than if i go half speed up the same stairs?
