    Why does the media like to paint certain things in a negative light?

    For example, stereotypes of certain cultural groups. Media is supposed to entertain (which it is not doing anymore) and advertise. What are the advertising besides their own stupidity? LOL. The media IS biased, incredibly biased. That's how the make $$$.
