    How do you sync music from itunes to a cellphone?

    Ok, so i have this phone, a CF360 from at&t, and it has terrible ringtones, and i dont feel like buying some from att because they are a rip off, is there a way to sync music to this phone from my itunes?? thanks to anyone who helps
