The tire measurements are 225 60r16 and they are 16'' rims stock I believe. Should they fit without getting a lift or spacer? Dont know too much about measurements. Please I seriously need help thanks.

I just rolled my driver side front window down and it wouldnt roll back up. what could be wrong? I didnt hear the "noise" that you hear normally when I tried to roll it up. It goes down just fine. All the other windows go up and down just fine as well. What could be the problem and is this...
