    Why is my 2001 ford taurus is spewing power steering fluid from power steering cap?

    I have had the rack & power steering pump both replaced with new ones but continue to have the same problem. It still spews fluid from the P.S. pump. This problem has both my mechanic & my parts salesman stumped, any suggestions on a solution?
