I don't workout much besides walking a couple miles a day, but recently started some exercises. Mainly crunches, legs, etc. Since I'm just starting these, how often should I do them in order for my body to recover and to get the best results?
I'm not overweight or trying to lose weight. Rather, I'm trying to get in better shape and tone my muscles since I haven't been exercising hardly at all. So I want to start running at my college gyms indoor track. Any advice on how much I should start running per day and week? I can easily...
