Hi. im in the market for a nice convertible. I found a 2004 ford mustang 40th anniversary edition for $8,000. It has 80,000+ miles and it runs really well. But i really need a reliable car because i cant afford to be taking trips to the mechanic every couple months. So are ford mustangs reliable?

I have a 93 ford explorer sport and i let my sister borrow it. She left the lights on over night and the batter is dead. Is there a way to recharge it so i dont need to jump it every time or should i just buy a new battery?
