    There is a slightly pink layer on my cooked chicken...?

    I was making lemon pepper rosemary chicken breasts, and cooked them for 45 minutes at 425 degrees F, and the inside was white but the outside was slightly pinkish. Is this just because of the marinade (I marinated overnight with olive oil, lemon juice, and rosemary) or is this a cause for concern?
