    GM tall Small BLock in car?

    I found a GM tall small black for sale, it came out of a truck but I want to put it in a 67' cutlass, I know the cutlass will take any GM motor, small block and big block...What i found is a 400 tall Small Block, will this fit in the Cutlass with out any high priced modifications?
