    blocked ears when lifting weights

    Hi was just wondering if anyone gets blocked ears when lifting weights and why? Never used to happen but is always happening now..I can block my ears easliy when blowing air out my noise while holding it..this might have something to do with it Cheers

    Sex and the City 2 - bitter disappointment??
