I wouldn't necessarily call it a remake since the new upcoming movie (as well as the teriffic 1990 mini-series) is based on the book. So, if anything, it's just another adaptation of the novel. :) Anyway, I'm all for a new movie but "IT" is a pretty big novel so I don't know how it's going...
