Why doesn't GM just file for bankruptcy and clear it's debts. What reason would it not want to do this for? seems like a no brainer. What is the disadvantage to the company of filing for bankruptcy and why would they want to avoid it?

I know why the guys like the sport. But ladies what is your reason for liking it?
