Ok here's the problem, i tried going on the greenpois0n website, my iphone is 3gs and downloading the jailbreak but it tells me to do surveys and i finish them and i dont see the download link or something and does 3gs have to been jailbroken before or can i just jail break it now?

I was wondering why my nokia 6760 wont unlock to all networks, when i brought it the lady at the store said she can't do it, and I bring it to another store and they also said the same thing, can anyone tell me why?
