I downloaded this webcam made video from a website that was in flv form but everytime I try converting it into mp4 the video and audio is always out of sync, so how can I convert it properly, and what free conversion program would anyone recommend for my problem?

Today's incarnations are too kiddy and quite frankly its an abomination to how iconic these series are. I think a darker, more serious anime style version would appeal to a larger scope of people and could potentially be better than their 90s counterparts if they go well enough.
