    Why is my Philips stereo making a high pitched ringing noise?

    I have a Philips Stereo in my room and whenever it is plugged in it makes a high pitched ringing noise. so i was wondering if there is a way to stop the noise without having to unplug it every time, or if anybody know why it is making this noise?

    I know the Maemo 5 is good. but I am looking for better. microsoft said that this tablet is backward compatible with this OS, so how can I install it? by copying the installation file to my mobile device or copying the complete installed OS and replacing it with the current one?
