David Lee Roth's solo work is actually not bad at all. "Paradise" and "Just A Gigolo" are actually pretty good songs.
I also enjoy Robert Plant's solo work. "Fate of Nations" is a very good album.
A solo act that I can't stand is Sting. But Sting was the man when he was with The Police.
