    If I Buy a HTC Legend by Virgin Mobile, Can I unlock it and use it on Rogers?

    I really like the HTC Legend, but i'm with Rogers. I was thinking if I go with Virgin mobile for the 30 day contract, and finish it, would I be able to unlock it and use it on Rogers. Also I talked to a Virgin Mobile representative, and they said if i do that, I wont be able to use it on Rogers...
