    Does anyone know the name of an author of a book read on the Tweenies?!!?

    The book was about Weather and had some really good see through pages that changed the way the Weather looked. It looked like it was mostly exploring Sunshine, Wind, Snow and Rain-had a lovely rainbow in it. Thanks
