    How do I find the equation of this straight line?

    The line is passing through point Q (2, -3) and parallel to the line with equation y=2/3x + 7. I know I'm to use the gradient formula, which is y=mx+c, but how do I go about solving this as I don't have a second set of co-ordinates?
