    How can someone have a good life and be so F*cked up?

    I had a pretty good life. My parents didn't hurt me that I can remember and I wasn't abused. So I don't know why I have so much rage and I take it out on myself. I cut. or hit myself until i bruise or I burn myself. why do I do this why am I so angry at myself?? I don't understand.
