    Verizon prepaid card not working?

    I applied the balance($20.) from the card and i got sent a text message saying the balance was 23.55. I restarted the phone to update the balance but the balance never changed. It still says $3.55. I restarted it 2 more times and nothing.

    Does unlimited verizon mobile to mobile mean i can only call verizon cell phones or

    any mobile phone? I went on there website and it's not very specific about it. I like to here it so specific it can't be mistaken for anything else and they are not that specific about it.
