Ok so I have had my LG Neon for a year now.. and.. well its broken. well not COMPLETLY broken... yet.
anyways so I have my eye on this one phone that i know ill have for more than three years. and i LOVE IT!
But im on a three year Contract and have only been on it for one year. is it possible...
