    Exercise routines for a "somewhat" overweight male?

    So here's the thing; I'm male, 6'3", and I weigh about 260-270, and I can't do a push-up. It isn't that I'm some weakling; I know 3/4 of my weight is muscle, and I can out-lift generally every guy I know. But I've gained some weight from eating too much, and I can't lift my self up with my arms...
