    apple notebook charges but wont turn on ?

    I have a little white app;e notebook laptop & the green light comes on when it's plugged in & looks like its charging (the power bars even grow on the geen light to full power) but then when you go to turn it on it wont power up at all whether it is still plugged in or not. Does anybody know...
