Can a repression of psychosexual development result in earlier maturation? [Freud]?

Nokia Contact Numbers issue.. Will choose Best Answer?
I got my Nokia N97i in China but I live in AUS and have an optus sim card. My phone stores numbers and obviously recognises it as receives caller ID and shows names in the "sent" part of inbox - but when I receive texts it's +61.....(no) even though for that contact I'll have the 04 version and...
