    Why is my email page using Quirks as a default document mode instead of my IE8 or 7?

    I kept noticing the Yahoo ads for upgrading to IE8, which I think i have already done, that pop up on my mail page and just to check went into developer tools and noticed that my default document mode is Quirks? Also now when I open a new tab instead of getting Blank page I am getting New Tab...
