    My DVR box is on and my TV is on, but I have no picture....this is what pops up on my screen "No signal shut off was acctivated"..please help, i have reset it about 5 times now, unplugged it and removed the card....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

    is salsa healthy for you?

    I am wondering if salsa is healthy for you due to all the vegetables that make it up? Also, where do the few calories (10 per serving come from) if it is all vegetables?
