i use Bank of America... i just got Financial Aid check i dont wanna put it into my account...can i just cash it? i already paid for my classes before i got this check its a $2,700 check will the bank let me cash it? any problem going to follow later?

well im getting droid 2 and it has mobile hotspot...i heard that it has 2GB allowance if i use the hotspot but what if i have unlimited data plan...will im still going to have that 2GB allowance? and how many internet hours does 2GB allowance last...i still dont get the allowance how is it count...
