    I eat extremely less..but was in stress since last 8 years,now i`m gaining weight

    like anything...? Pls help me out ,i eat 3 chapatis, 4,5 spoons of rice..no pulses at all & a vry small amt of vegetable.6cups of tea(this is my whole day food consumption).My height is 5.4 and weight is now 75 kg.Pls help...what shall i do now...i eat too less..but gaing tooooo much.
