I have the same problem and it's been annoying to play with the lag. I tweaked the files and it has improved a bit, but not by much. You can try it, but I doubt it will be of any help. You can buy a controller. I use the Logitech Rumblepad 2 to play SC:C, but Ubisoft should've done a better job...
