    They have my bike. Is it iilegal? What should I do?

    Okay so my bike is at my ex girlfriends house and I want it back but they won't give it back because I owe her 60 bucks because she bought our prom tickets. I couldn't buy them because I was suspended. But her mom refuses to give me my bicycle until I pay her back. I'm choosing not to pay her...
