    Why does Shakespear put put a storm in the scene?

    Why does Shakespeare put a storm in Act I Scene III? What is wrong in the scene or what is the bad thing that the storm symbolizes? ...I think it's Caesar's rise to power and them discussing how to end him, but I'm not sure. Help plz!
