    Why do these two guys in my neighbourhood do this?

    whenever they are out and i walk past them to go somewhere, one of them would notice them, then mutter something to the other and then the other would turn back and look at me, they have dont this too many time whenever i pass by. What are they upto, it makes me self conscious?
