    What is the proper wheel/rim width that would fit the tire size 195/60 R15?

    I am looking to buy rims to fit these tire dimensions, I know I need 15" rims but im not sure what rim width I need. 6? 6.5? 7? or does it even matter? Also what is offset and does it matter when buying rims?
