    My HTC Surround won't download apps.?

    Like it'll download free ones and trials but anytime I have to pay for one it says "Can't find information, please try again later". Either that or it gives me a weird error code. Anyone know how to fix this?

    Just wondering...and are they worth buying, just for fun? Are they even allowed on the streets legally?
