    goo book on Intrusion Detection for beginners.?

    i`d like a book that practical and technical, yet for beginners. many books i`ve seen are either heavily technical and through, yet not for beginners or are for beginners, but more theoretical. is there anything both practical and for beginners? excuse my grammar, please.
