    tmobile on iphone 3.1.2 mms settings (NO CYDIA)?

    I have a tmobile jail broken iphone with 3.1.2 in it WITHOUT CYDIA, I can send pics but not receive. A messege keeps telling me that the pic resolution is too large? does anyone out there have this problem? would highly appreciate your help. thank you
